Rhonda Buff, our esteemed Lead Business Services Specialist, has been an integral part of our organization since 2009 and plans to retire with us. Rhonda is the cornerstone of our front office, offering invaluable support to our executive team. When asked about her work, Rhonda enthusiastically states, “I love that I get to do something different to assist our organization on a daily basis.”

Jacob Davis, an esteemed member of the FleetNet America team who is a Coordinator for the Roadside team. Jacob finds great joy in his role as it allows him to connect with and assist people, “Knowing that our services play a crucial role in keeping numerous fleets operational gives me a sense of fulfillment. In the upcoming year, my goal is to extend my help to as many individuals as I can in 2024.”

Ashley Ingle, a Customer Care Specialist and Towing Auditor Analyst with FleetNet America. Ashley works closely with FleetNet’s Service Provider Network. Her previous experience working for a towing company has been extremely helpful in establishing relationships with the various Service Providers, “When I communicate with them, they are happy I understand the process instead of simply following a protocol from a piece of paper. Establishing a relationship with these Service Providers is always beneficial, as it increases their willingness to collaborate with us.”
